The Crown Studio Policies

Please review our studio guidelines to ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for every client.

📅 Booking & Deposits

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your slot. Deposits are applied to your remaining balance at the time of service. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will forfeit the deposit.

⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance using the client portal or by contacting us directly. If a new appointment is not scheduled within 3 days of cancellation, the deposit is forfeited. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours do not receive refunds.

💇🏽‍♀️ Late Arrivals

A 10-minute grace period is offered. After that, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled at the stylist’s discretion. Repeated tardiness may require prepayment for future appointments.

🧴 Preparation & Cleanliness

Please arrive with your hair clean, detangled, and ready for service unless your appointment includes a wash or treatment. Failure to do so may result in an additional prep fee.

🤝 Respect & Professionalism

The Crown Studio maintains a safe, welcoming space for all. Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services and a permanent ban from future bookings.

💳 Payments

Final payments are due at the completion of your service. We accept cash, debit/credit, and digital payments. Gratuity is appreciated but never required.

💖 Loyalty & Rewards

Every 4th visit receives 15% off any service of your choice. After 12 visits in a year, you’ll receive a long-term client appreciation gift. Loyal clients can also gift their discounts to family or friends for birthdays—just have them provide their date of birth at booking.
